MEMBERSHIPS

The Health Services Association of NSW is a membership organisation. The Association has three membership categories.

Health Service Member

This category is open for any organisation funded directly (by subsidy), by grant or contract, by either the NSW or Commonwealth Governments to provide public health services. The Public Health Act 1991 (NSW) defines a 'health service' to be:

• medical, hospital and nursing services

• dental services

• mental health services

• pharmaceutical services

• ambulance services

• community health services

• allied health services

• forensic pathology

• health education services
